Bulk ID Card Maker

Turn a spreadsheet into hundreds of print-ready ID cards. Design one card, upload your CSV, and StencilID generates a personalized card for every row, delivered as a ZIP and a print-ready PDF. The bulk generator design tools do not have.

Free to start • No design skills • Print-ready exports

From a spreadsheet to hundreds of cards

Upload a CSV, map each column to a field on the card (name, role, ID, photo, QR code), and generate one personalized, print-ready card per row.

Photos by filename, no hosting needed

Put each photo filename in a column and upload the photo files. StencilID matches them automatically, so there are no public links to set up. Image URLs work too.

Print-ready ZIP + PDF with cut lines

You get a ZIP of individual 300-DPI images and an A4 PDF laid out with cut lines, ready for a print shop, office printer, or card printer.

Front and back in one run

Design double-sided cards and StencilID generates both sides per row, imposed for duplex printing so each back lands behind its front.

Choose your print layout

Pack 1, 4, 6, or 9 cards per page to suit your printer and stock (Pro and Max plans), with a live grid preview before you generate.

No design skills required

Start from a template, customise it once, and every row in your spreadsheet inherits that exact layout. QR codes and barcodes included.

Questions, answered

How many ID cards can I generate at once?

Hundreds per batch, depending on your plan (50 to 500 cards per batch). Perfect for a class, a whole company, or an event attendee list.

How do the photos work in bulk?

Add a column with each person photo filename (for example alice.jpg) and upload the photo files when you generate. StencilID matches them by filename, no hosting or public links required. If your photos already live online, a column of image URLs works too.

What do I get to print?

A ZIP of individual 300-DPI PNGs plus a print-ready A4 PDF with cut lines that works with a print shop, an office printer, or a PVC card printer.

Can the cards be double-sided?

Yes. Design a front and a back, and bulk generation produces both sides for every row, laid out for duplex printing.
