Authoritative, professional look
Build guard IDs that command respect at the gate, with strong company branding, clear roles and a layout that reads as official the moment it is shown.
License and registration ready
Display each guard license or registration number, role and company name so cards meet client expectations and stand up to verification on site.
Photo, QR and barcode included
Add a guard photo plus a QR code or barcode that links to your verification page or access system, so anyone can confirm a card is genuine.
Bulk-generate the whole roster
Upload your guard roster as a CSV and produce a personalized card for every officer in one run, photos and license numbers included.
Durable, print-ready output
Export 300-DPI files built for tough use, ready to print on PVC and laminate into hard-wearing cards that survive patrols and weather.
On-brand for every client site
Swap logos, colors and company names per contract so each deployment gets cards matched to the client while keeping one consistent template.
How it works
- 1
Pick a security guard ID template and add your company logo, brand colors and the look your clients expect.
- 2
Add the fields you need (name, role, license or registration number, company) and drop in a photo, QR code or barcode.
- 3
Export one card free, or upload your roster CSV to bulk-generate the entire guard team as a ZIP plus a print-ready PDF.
Questions, answered
Can I include a license or registration number on each guard card?
Yes. Add a license or registration field to your template and map it to a column in your roster, so every guard card shows the correct number when you bulk-generate.
Can I make ID cards for my entire guarding roster at once?
Upload a CSV of your officers, map columns to card fields such as name, role, company and license number, and StencilID produces one card per guard as a ZIP of images and a print-ready PDF.
Will the cards include a photo and a scannable code?
They can. Add a photo filename column and upload the headshots to place each guard photo automatically (image URLs also work), and embed a QR code or barcode that points to your verification page or access control system.
Are the cards durable enough for field use?
Cards are standard CR80 credit-card size and export at 300 DPI as a 2x PNG and a PDF with cut lines, ideal for printing on PVC and laminating for rugged, everyday patrol use.
