Scannable cards for fast entry
Add a QR code or barcode tied to each member ID, so staff scan members in at the door, gym turnstile or library desk in seconds.
Tier and level on the card
Show Gold, Premium, Student or Lifetime tiers with distinct colors, so your team can spot membership level at a glance.
Join and expiry dates printed on
Print the join date and a valid-until date directly on every card, making lapsed memberships obvious without a lookup.
Photo and member ID for verification
Each card carries the member name, photo and a unique member ID, so only the real member uses the benefits they paid for.
One-click annual renewals
When renewal season comes, update your member spreadsheet and re-generate the whole batch with fresh expiry dates in one go.
On-brand for your club or gym
Drop in your logo, brand colors and fonts once. Every card across the roster looks consistent and professional.
How it works

Export one card free, or upload your member list as a CSV and bulk-generate a personalized card for every member at once.
Questions, answered
Can I generate cards for my whole member list at once?
Yes. Upload a CSV or spreadsheet of your members, map the columns to card fields, and StencilID creates one card per row, delivered as a ZIP of images plus a print-ready PDF.
How do annual renewals work?
Keep your member list updated with new expiry dates, then re-run the bulk generator. You get a fresh set of cards for the new term without redesigning anything.
Will the QR codes and barcodes work with my scanner?
StencilID generates standard QR codes and barcodes from the data you provide, such as the member ID, so they scan with common readers at entrances, desks and turnstiles.
What size and quality are the printed cards?
Cards use the standard CR80 credit-card size and export at print-ready 300 DPI as PNG and PDF, so they look crisp on plastic cards or cardstock.
