Can I make student ID cards for a whole school?

What size are the ID cards?

Can I print student IDs on A4 paper?

How to make student ID cards
If you only need one card, you design it and export it. If you need one for every student in the school, the trick is to design a single card and fill it from your class list, rather than make hundreds by hand. Here is the short version.
A student ID usually carries the school name and crest, the student's photo, their name, grade or year, and a student ID number. Many schools add a QR code or barcode so the same card works for the library, attendance, and the gate. Keep it readable: name large, the rest smaller, on a clean CR80 card, which is the credit-card size that fits every lanyard and card printer.
To make the whole school at once, export your students to a CSV with columns for name, grade, and ID number, plus a column with each photo's filename. Upload it, map the columns to the card, and StencilID generates a personalised ID for every row. Photos are matched by filename, so there is no hosting or placing images by hand.
