Can I make student ID cards for a whole school?
Yes. Upload a CSV with each student’s details, map the columns to your card, add photos by filename (just upload the photo files, no hosting needed), and StencilID generates one card per student, delivered as a ZIP and a print-ready PDF.
What size are the ID cards?
Cards use the standard CR80 size (the same as a credit card / typical ID), so they fit lanyards, wallets and school card printers.
Do students need photos?
Photos are optional. To include them, add a column with each photo’s filename and upload the photo files (public image URLs also work), or design cards without photos.
Is it free for schools?
You can design and export single cards for free. Bulk-generating an entire school’s cards is part of the paid plans, which start low.
